Great customer service. Mr. Lowell helped guide us through the process the whole way. Made sure we were completely satisfied with the work and ended sending the crew back over to our house to fix a few ruts in the yard that were prominent due to the heavy rain the few days prior to them starting the job. Well done and I would recommend.

My parents needed a new roof badly in Texarkana and I live four hours away. I needed a roofing company that I knew would not take advantage of them. Chella Roofing’s construction manager Will Arnold took them through the entire process without issue. He also kept me updated with everything going on with their inspection, insurance, and costs. Chella did an excellent job! Will showed up at my house and offered me a free inspection after explaining to me that there had been hail damage reported in my area. I took him up on the offer and not that long after had a document with pictures of my roof verifying the damages. I called and set up an appointment for the insurance to come inspect and told him what time they would be there. He showed up at the same time and helped advocate for me to get my roof replaced. The damage was covered! He then went over the shingle options and colors and was even upgraded! He even got my gutters replaced! He scheduled us in and the crew showed up on time with the proper safety equipment and did a great job with clean up. Only found a couple of nails in some bushes. He answered any questions I had about the process and was very polite and courteous. Definitely recommending Chella to anyone that needs their roof replaced! I have recommended him to my neighbors and they have had nothing but great things to say too! Will is the best at what he does and it shows! Go with Chella Roofing for all of your roofing needs, you will be in great hands!

I have an elderly mom who has recently had issues with her roof due to the recent storms so I reached out to Chella Roofing. Will came out to take a look at the damages and got right to work. He coordinated the scheduling between all parties involved to get the roof replaced in a quick and timely manner. All work was completed in 1 day and once they were finished I was amazed that you couldn't even tell anyone was there besides the beautiful new roof. Throughout the entire process Will went above and beyond to keep in touch letting us know what to expect and when to expect it and I can't thank him enough for taking care of my mom! Thank you Will and Chella Roofing and keep up the amazing work!

He showed up a few minutes before they told me that they would be there. Introduced himself and went straight to his truck to get a ladder. He was on my roof for about 15 minutes came down and explained what and where it was damaged, and told me how. He then told me how to contact my insurance provider and to get an adjuster out there as soon as possible so I could file a claim. When the adjuster showed up the next day, Will showed up with him and they climbed onto the roof an Will showed my adjuster the problems and in NO time my roof was fixed back to normal which was great! I was only charged what my insurance paid out and my roof looked amazing! Thanks to Chella roofing for getting my repairs quickly and helping me deal with my insurance agent!
We bought our house over a year ago knowing we were going to have to get a new roof on it within the next couple of years. I was recommended Chella Roofing and within a matter of days, Will was at our house doing a full inspection and had the report to my email by 2 in the afternoon. Once we went through with insurance, they had everything sent over and it was approved the same day! The longest thing we had to wait for was the weather to clear up so we could get the roof on. The roofing team started promptly at 7 a.m. and everything was completed at 4 p.m. They left our roof and yard spotless and made sure all roofing nails were picked up so we wouldn't get flat tires. The experience was a breeze from beginning to end and I will forever recommended Chella Roofing to anyone thinking about replacing their roof.
