We are relocating to Texarkana for work and I placed an offer on a house which was accepted. We were told by the listing agent that the roof was fairly new. The pictures on the website and even a cursory view from the ground seemed to reaffirm their statement as the vent stacks and attic vents must have been recently painted because they looked brand new from the ground. Fortunately, I still wanted a professional opinion so I called Chella Roofing for an inspection and Brandon went out to the property the very next day to inspect my roof and found some issues with the roof that only a trained eye would detect. He sent my an very detailed inspection report with plenty of pictures and a thorough explanation of each problem area later that very same day. This information was priceless to me as a buyer ready to sign on the dotted line for such a substantial purchase. We are now counter-offering to determine an acceptable solution to our roofing issues. I can not thank Brandon and Chella Roofing enough for their prompt and professional service. I recommend them unequivocally.
